Personal Recommended Settings and Launcher
• Use Nova Launcher
• Set Icon Normalisation Off From the Nova Launcher Settings
• Set Icon Size to 70%-100%
• Use Dark Wallpaper

Turn Off Iconback in Nova Launcher.
• Go to Nova Settings > Look & Feel > Icon Style > Turn Off “Reshape Legacy Icons”

This icon pack has been tested and works with these launchers. It could probably work with others that haven’t been mentioned. If you can’t find an apply section in the control panel, you can apply an icon pack from the launcher settings.
